Gamers capture more information faster for visual decision-makingI wonder if people are more likely to become gamers if they are naturally adroit at memory and cognition (thus predisposing gamers to being better at deciphering visual information), or if it’s actually the training from playing games that creates this skill. Surely, gaming refines it in either case.
I was always pretty quick and observant, even as a child. And I was born way back in the day, when Atari was still a thing.

Fabergé Fractals
Scotland-based laser physicist-turned-artist and web developer Tom Beddard, aka subBlue, has produced a number of intriguing geometric forms he refers to as Fabergé Fractals. Like an ornate Fabergé egg, Beddard’s creations boast brilliant and intricate design patterns. The English artist uses a formulaic method to create his digitally rendered three-dimensional models.
Monster rugs
Joshua Ben Longo has crafted up his own version of monster furniture, the rug measures 36×50 inches and is made up of polymer clay (for the mouth) and wool felt pieces shaped like leaves. Everything is handmade and comes in two colors of your choosing.
Just only 13 years old, Zev (Fiddle Oak) creates a fantasy dreamland through his photographs. His camera is named Betsy. Zev’s sister and assistant Nellie is 17. They enjoy working and creating together. The magic of Fiddle Oak cannot be described in words; no word that already exists can accurately sum up the extreme talent and wonder of Zev and Nellie.
